What is included in the price?

How much deposit is required?
A 50% deposit required to begin production. Then the remaining 50% when it arrives to the closest port for delivery.
What Colour Fibreglass is available?
We have acolour chart with roughly 80 colour options.
What Tile Options are Available
We have several options and we can send you pictures.
What other costs might I need to consider?
Potential additional costs include electrician services, crane hire, site preparation, council approval, and finishing touches. These depend on your specific site.
How long does it take to manufacture the pool?
Manufacturing typically takes 5-6 weeks, though high demand may extend this. Then 4 weeks for freight to your house.
How deep are your pools?
The swim area is approximately 1.3 metres deep.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia-wide and internationally.
What is the recommended base for the pool?
We recommend placing the pool on an engineered concrete slab or a steel frame, designed and certified by your builder.
Can the pool be installed in-ground?
Our pools are designed to remain above ground but can be partially in-ground on sloped sites with proper preparation, such as retaining walls and a concrete slab.
Can the pool shape or size be modified?
Yes we have a bit of room with modifications for example we have had one with a barrier 180cm from the stairs to create a spa area with a heater and extra jets.
Does the container metal make the pool hotter?
No, the fibreglass shell is insulating. Optional heat pumps and additional insulation are available for temperature control.
Can I clad the outside of the container?
Yes, but cladding is not included in our service. Consider safety implications, such as footholds for climbing.
What is the decking material?
Our decking is made from Polyurethane resin reinforced with mineral fibres, offering the look of wood with the durability of plastic and the suppleness of rubber.
Should I add a pool cover?
A pool cover helps retain heat, reduces debris, and simplifies maintenance. Many customers choose to add one.
Do you offer heating and cooling options?
Yes, we provide energy-efficient reverse-cycle heat pumps (12kw or 17kw options) mounted inside the container for a clean look.
What pool lights do you offer?
We offer remote-controlled multicolour LED lights—two lights for 6-metre pools, four for 12-metre pools.
Should I add a pool cleaner?
A robotic pool cleaner is recommended for easier maintenance and superior cleaning compared to manual vacuums.
Do you provide installation?
No, we focus on manufacturing but work with your builder or project manager to ensure a successful installation.
How is the pool delivered?
We deliver these by truck Australia Wide.
Do I need council approval?
Yes, council approval is required in Australia. Documentation requirements vary by state.
Is a fence required?
Yes, fencing is required by law and must comply with local council regulations. But we install a gate at entrance of the stairs which will comply.
Will I need a crane?
In most cases, yes. A crane will lift the pool into place. Local operators can assess your site beforehand.
Can I install my own decking?
Yes, and we’ll work with your builder to ensure proper alignment with the pool and other structures.
What electrical supply is needed?
A 240VAC 10A circuit is required for the pump, lighting, and sanitation system. Additional circuits may be needed for optional features like swim jets or heat pumps.
Is plumbing required?
No external plumbing is needed. Optional sand filters or council regulations may require additional connections.
